عن المشروع:

تعلن مؤسسة الرؤيا الفلسطينية وبدعم من الممثلية الفنلندية عن إطلاق مشروع "عتاد" في الضفة الغربية.

يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز قدرة الشباب الفلسظيني على المشاركة في تغيير مجتمعاتهم, وبناء قاعدة شبابية قادرة على صناعة القرار في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية في فلسطين.

يقدم مشروع عتاد:

• أكثر هن 50 ساعة تدريبية في مجالات حملات الضغط والمناصرة. والقانون الدولي والحوكمة وأساسيات البحث العملي وفن الحوار والتفاوض، ومهارات القرن الواحد والعشرين. بالإضافة إلى مهارات التفكيرالاستراتيجي والتحليل النقدي البناء وغيرها من المواضيع التي يحتاجهاالمشاركون لتعزيز قدراتهم ضمن ثلاثة مخيمات شبابية.
• تأسيس شبكة تضم المشاركين مع خبراء في المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية, بالإضافة إلى ممثلين من المجتمع المدني.
• بناء قاعدة من الشباب القادرين على بناء وتنفيذ الحملات وإدارة الجلسات مع المؤسسات الحكومية وصناع القرار.
• ستنفذ المجموعة العديد من الحملات والزيارات الميدانية وجلسات مسائلة مع الهيئات المحلية.

الفئة المستهدفة:

الفتيات والشباب المبادرين والناشطين من الفئة العمرية من 18 إلى 25 سنة.

معايير الإختيار:

• سيتم اختيار 40 شاباً وشابة من الناشطين والفاعلين في المجتمع, من المدن: سلفيت ونابلس والقدس.
• الإلتزام والجدية طيلة فترة تنفيذ المشروع.
• القدرة على المشاركة في التدريبات التي سيتم تنفيذها مع مبيت.

About Nature Palestine Society:

Nature Palestine Society (NPS) is a non-governmental organization aiming to research, protect, conserve, and educate about nature, biodiversity, and the environment in Palestine. We are currently seeking a proficient freelancer or company to undertake the task of two video productions. 

The task includes shooting, editing, and adding English subtitles for two distinct videos;

1. focusing on environmental initiatives (approximately 4 minutes)

2. A testimonial video for the experience of NPS trainees (approximately 5 minutes).

Project Details:

Environmental Initiatives Video: this video aims to highlight the various environmental initiatives undertaken by Palestinian Youth Climate Corps participants (7 different initiatives). The footage should start with an introduction by the youth involved in the environmental initiatives, allowing them to present themselves. It should then highlight the environmental problem each project is focusing on, followed by showcasing the solution they are developing via their initiatives.

1. NPS Trainees Testimonials (10 participants): This video will feature testimonials from trainees who have participated in the PYCC program. The objective is to showcase their experiences and the impact of our training, which will include interviewing each one of the participants and asking them 10 different questions that reflect their experience during the 6-month training. The video should be both creative and interesting to watch.

Requirements:

Video Shooting: Capture high-quality footage for both videos.

• Montage: Skillfully edit the footage to create compelling narratives.
• Subtitling: Add English subtitles for accessibility and broader audience reach.

Deadline for Applications: April 18, 2024

يهدف البرنامج التدريبي الى تنمية المهارات واكتساب خبرة العملية للمشارك من خلال إعطاء مساحة للإنتاج العملي في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي والسوشال ميديا.

• تصوير الحصص التدريبية والفعاليات المختلفة بالمنتدى (Photos & Videos).
• تحديث محتوى الموقع الالكتروني للمنتدى.
• مشاركة الفريق في التخطيط والتنفيذ لأنشطة وفعاليات المنتدى.

شروط التقدم:

• أن يكون المتقدم طالبًا جامعيًا أو خريجًا في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي أو من لديه هواية في التصميم والإلمام في برامج التصميم المختلفة.
• ساعات التدريب من الساعة 11:00 ظهراً إلى الساعة 7:00 مساءً لمدة 3 أشهر متتالية.

Project Background  

The overall objective of Euromed Clusters Forward is to empower clusters to promote inclusive innovation and competitiveness in the South Neighbourhood region in order to enhance growth, economic diversification, sustainable development and employment. The project is conducted by a consortium of partners, led by ANIMA Investment Network (France), and including Berytech (Lebanon), Leaders Organization- (Palestine), Economic Research Forum (Egypt). This specific assignment falls under Fostering policies for clusters development and collaboration, with the aim of improving the clusters regulatory framework and the incentives of collaboration among the quintuple innovation helix stakeholders to enhance the firms’ performances and their competitiveness. 

Countries of focus: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia

Introduction

Bidders shall adhere to all the requirements of this RFQ, including any amendments made in writing by Leaders Organization. 

Any Bid submitted will be regarded as an offer by the Bidder and does not constitute or imply the acceptance of the Bid by Leaders Organization.

Leaders Organization is under no obligation to award a contract to any Bidder as a result of this RFQ.

Leaders Organization reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any stage without any liability of any kind for Leaders Organization, upon notice to the bidders or publication of cancellation notice on Leaders Organization’s website.

Deadline for the submission of quotation

April 14, 2024 before 13:00 

Eligibility

A vendor who will be engaged by Leaders Organization may not be suspended, debarred, or otherwise identified as ineligible by any international organization. Vendors are therefore required to disclose to Leaders Organization whether they are subject to any sanction or temporary suspension imposed by these organizations. Failure to do so may result in termination of any contract or PO subsequently issued to the vendor by Leaders Organization. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure that its employees, joint venture members, sub- contractors, service providers, suppliers and/or their employees meet the eligibility requirements as established by Leaders Organization.

Bidders must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract with Leaders Organization and to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.

Currency of quotation

Quotations shall be quoted in Euros inclusive of all taxes and fees.

Language of quotation

English: Including documentation including catalogues, instructions, and operating manuals.

Quotation validity period

Quotations shall remain valid for 30 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation.

Evaluation method

The Contract or Purchase Order will be awarded to the best price and quality

Right not to accept any quotation

Leaders Organization is not bound to accept any quotation, nor award a contract or Purchase Order

يدعوكم المعهد الديمقراطي الوطني (NDI) للتسجيل في برنامجه أكاديمية القيادة الفوج الرابع (محاكاة الانتخابات التشريعية) حول تنفيذ تدريبات متقدمة تتناول كل ما يخص الانتخابات التشريعية:

1. الإطار القانوني للنتخابات والنظام الانتخابي ولجان المجلس وأدوارها
2. وتشكيل القوائم
3. بناء البرامج الانتخابية
4. مخاطبة الإعلام، المناظرة الانتخابية

سيقوم المشاركون والمشاركات خلال تنفيذ هذا البرنامج بالتخطيط لمشاريع قيادية خاصة بهم وتنفيذها، كما سيقومون بخوض غمار تجربة حقيقية لتشكيل قائمة انتخابية واسس اختيار اعضاء القائمة وتسجيلها ووضع برنامج انتخابي، والترويج لها، ووضع التحديات امام المشاركين لدراسة كيفية وآليات ايجاد الحلول واقناع (الهيئة الناخبة) باهمية طروحاتهم وبرنامجهم الانتخابي للخروج بفكرة قيادية تعبر عن أنفسهم والبدء في التخطيط لها والسعي لإنجاحها , إضافة إلى التوجه لأشخاص يرغبون في تقديم المساعدة والدعم من أجل التأثير على فئات المجتمع والنجاح في تطبيق البرنامج، يتناول البرنامج مفاهيم القيادة الأساسية وأهميتها وفوائد تطوير الكفايات القيادية على الحياة الشخصية والعملية للأفراد، وذلك من خلال قيام المشاركين والمشاركات بخوض تجربة عملية للبدء بقيادة التغيير من خلال برنامج بناء قدرات متكامل.

سيتم تنفيذ محاكاة لانتخابات برلمانية / تشريعية كاملة بدءا من المرسوم الرئاسي ولغاية النتائج النهائية، تحت ادارة واشراف مدربين محترفين، حيث سيتم اصطناع بيئة مصغرة تشابه البيئة الفلسطينية والقيام بعملية المحاكاة في اختتام البرنامج.
